This Statement of Privacy applies to PerfectingSoftware.com and software licensed by Perfecting Software, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Perfecting Software include PerfectingSoftware.com and Perfecting Software, LLC.

Customers refers to customers who purchased one of Perfecting Software’s Solutions. Perfecting Software is the controller of data collected for our customers. When Perfecting Software collects personal information directly from its customers, it informs them about the purpose for which it collects the data and the uses of their personal information.
The information that Perfecting Software collects and uses is limited to the purpose for which customers engage Perfecting Software. When you activate subscription or trial license for one of our solutions, we ask for information such as your name, company name and address, phone number, e-mail address, a unique computer identifier and a computer name.
Perfecting Software may use the personal information and other information we collect about your use of our solutions for support, identification and authentication purposes, to contact you about your use of our solution, and to send you marketing materials (subject to your opt-in option). Perfecting Software may also use the personal information and other information that we collect about your use of our solutions to upgrade our current solutions, develop new solutions, and to provide you with opportunities to Beta Test or try those new solutions (again, subject to your opt-in option.)
Website – Personal Information
You can visit Perfecting Software’s website (https://perfectingsoftware.com) without giving away your personal information. Perfecting Software uses Google Analytics and Cookies to analyze how our website is being used, and to improve our services and the user experience. Aside from the IP address, the information collected by Google Analytics is mostly anonymous traffic data with includes browser information, device information, and language. We do not collect additional information such as your age, gender, or clickstream. The collected information is only used to help us determine how people are accessing and using Perfecting Software’s website. We also use cookies for our e-commerce software, which uses a cookie to remember which items you have placed into the cart in our shop, and which items you have looked at in our shop.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Perfecting Software services or websites you visit.

Third Party Vendors – Personal Information
Perfecting Software uses third party vendors as data processors to provide services such as license management, email marketing and support tickets. For these purposes, we may collect information such as your Name, Address, Email, Telephone Number, and Company Name. This information will only be used to provide support, authentication, or identification for the purposes of providing license management or customer and technical support for our customers.
Perfecting Software also uses third party vendors as product resellers. The product resellers are the controllers of data for the purposes of selling licenses for Perfecting Software’s applications. They may share personal information such as your Name, Email, Address, Telephone Number, and Company Name with us so that we can provide license activation or activation of a support account. We do not receive Personal Information regarding payment or financial transaction data from our product resellers.
